Christmas wishes from WLCAN

The WLCAN staff and board are taking a break until Monday 5 January. Thanks to all our network for a fantastic year of grassroots projects that have tangibly made a difference across communities. It’s been wonderful to see these projects grow and thrive and we look forward to more in 2026!

Before we do, we wanted to get ahead with marking some things in the calendar for the new year, starting with an event focused on circular economy on Friday 9 January.

WLCAN invites you to a focused meet-up aimed at advancing the circular economy and waste reduction in our region.
This event is an opportunity to network, share best practices, and collaborate on local initiatives. A key session will focus on gathering your input in response to the Scottish Government’s Circular Economy Strategy.
